My journey began at Christ University with a Bachelor's in Hotel Management, where I discovered my passion for operations and team leadership. As Head of Parivaar, I scaled our social wing to 23 active members and led the Masterclass initiative, managing 25+ budding chefs across 35+ sessions with 2000+ attendees.
This foundation in event management and team building became the cornerstone of my transition into EdTech operations. At MyCaptain, I've channeled this experience into driving measurable business results - from increasing conversion rates by 167% to building premium market segments worth Rs. 2L/month. My approach combines data-driven strategy with people-first leadership, ensuring both operational excellence and team growth.
